"Eric's commitment and passion for working with youth led him to the Tong Louie Family YMCA a year and a half ago. He liked the YMCA’s values of strong kids, families, and communities, and first began volunteering at teen nights. He has now become co-facilitator for the youth leadership development program, which aims to build leadership skills in high school students. Glanville works to create a safe environment where teenagers can share their struggles and victories without the fear of being judged. The program involves team-building activities and discussion groups exploring important issues facing youth today."
