Building Student Leadership on Campus

Building a "legacy of leadership" on campus is one of the most powerful ways to enhance the value of the student experience. These half-day and full-day interactive sessions will:
 

	Help students recognize the importance of their role, and the size of their impact on peers and the entire campus community.
	Give insight into the numerous personal and professional rewards of campus involvement.
	Provide an opportunity to define and discuss the characteristics and behaviors of great leaders.
	Demonstrate effective methods of building strong campus communities through discussions, icebreakers and energizer activities.
	Assist students in setting personal goals for achievement within the program, and beyond.
	Strengthen the bonds between leaders, and inspire loyalty to a common vision and goal.
